The raw material used for this TPU label meets current EU REACH requirements, and finished pieces have been screened by SGS. The report on file covers SVHC screening against the ECHA candidate list, with results at or below the 0.1% (w/w) threshold, and California Proposition 65 testing for total lead and phthalate content, both passing. That is usually the paperwork an apparel brand needs when a shipment has to clear EU or US restricted-substance checks. As a Dongguan label manufacturer we keep the artwork, colour records and pressing settings for your order on file, so a compliance document can be traced back to the batch it belongs to.
TWINGS INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD supplies custom labels and patches for garment and footwear branding. Our range covers soft PVC and TPR patches, heat transfer TPU labels, embossed logo and printed badges, and silicone labels and badges, so buyers can source related branding items from one supplier. We work to your own artwork and application requirements, with OEM and custom development support across material, embossed or printed effect, and how the item is attached. Send your drawings and target use, and we will recommend the construction that fits.
Shape follows your drawing. Because these are custom logo labels, the outline is cut to your artwork rather than a stock die, so a shaped mark, a rounded panel or a long hem strip are all possible. Send the finished size you need together with the vector file, and we will confirm what the tooling can hold. Very fine lines and small lettering behave differently at the extremes of size, so check the first sample at its real size on the garment.
Yes. Send a physical reference such as a colour chip, a fabric swatch or a piece from an earlier order, and we match the TPU shade and any printed colour to it. Approve the match on a physical sample rather than on a screen, because a monitor and the material shift the shade in different directions. Keep the approved piece on file so custom garment labels from later runs are compared against the same reference.
Yes. The build is the same heat transfer construction, and the same custom patches are used on shoe tongues, footwear side panels, bag fronts and small accessories. What changes is the surface, not the label, since pressing parameters have to be set for each material. Send us the material you plan to use and we will match the settings to it.
Tooling and the piece you approved stay with us after the first run, so a repeat order is built from the same die and the same colour records. As a direct label manufacturer we handle embossing and printing in one facility, which means each later batch is checked against the same standard as the first. When a carton arrives, compare it with your approved piece and tell us straight away if anything differs.
TPU is a waterproof material, and the badge is bonded across its whole surface rather than stitched at points, so there is no thread to fray or pull. The relief and colour hold through normal garment washing and wear. Set your care instructions to suit the garment itself, and if that garment is washed at high temperature or heavily bleached, test one piece first.
Keep them flat in their original bagging, in a cool dry area out of direct sunlight and away from solvents and heavy dust. TPU does not need refrigeration and the labels keep well in normal store conditions, but bring them to room temperature before pressing if the store has been cold. Handle the face by the edges or with clean gloves so no oil reaches the relief before it is bonded.
