TWINGS INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD supplies custom labels and patches for garment and footwear branding. Our range covers soft PVC and TPR patches, heat transfer TPU labels, embossed logo and printed badges, and silicone labels and badges, so buyers can source related branding items from one supplier. We work to your own artwork and application requirements, with OEM and custom development support across material, embossed or printed effect, and how the item is attached. Send your drawings and target use, and we will recommend the construction that fits.
Yes — the outline comes straight from your artwork, so custom patches can follow a wordmark, a shield, a circle or an irregular contour. Send the shape as a vector file and confirm the finished size you want. If the badge has to fit a fixed area on the garment, give us that dimension as well and the artwork will be scaled to suit it.
It depends on the mark. Tooling raises the logo into a tactile shape, and embossed patches read strongly where the artwork is a solid symbol or a bold wordmark. A printed layer holds fine lettering, gradients and multi-colour artwork better, and the two effects can be combined in a single badge so the raised shape frames the printed detail.
Start from a colour reference rather than a description: a Pantone number or a physical swatch gives the closest match for custom logo labels. If you have an existing label or hangtag, send it along and we will work to that as the reference. Colours and logo detail are then confirmed on the sample before the full run.
Most of the woven and knit fabrics used for custom garment labels take heat and pressure well, which is why a direct transfer suits them. Heat-sensitive materials, coated shells and heavily textured surfaces need checking before the run is agreed. Tell us the fabric composition and weight, and we will confirm whether a heat transfer is the right construction or whether another format serves the garment better.
Yes. The same design can be produced for apparel, for footwear tongue and side labels, and for bag or accessory panels, with the size adjusted to each surface. What changes is the placement and the pressing settings, not the artwork itself. If one collection needs the mark on several product types, send the list and each item can be specified with its own size.
Badge size follows the space you have: a compact mark for a chest or collar area, a wider badge for a back yoke or bag panel. Detail that reads well at a large size can close up when it is reduced, so very thin strokes and tiny lettering may need simplifying. Send your artwork at the finished size and we will point out anything that will not reproduce cleanly before tooling is made.
