The base is a soft PVC elastomer, and colour is compounded into the material rather than printed on top of it, so the mark does not sit as a coating that can lift or wear away. Our soft PVC compound meets the latest EURO Reach standard (2023) and is used as an eco-friendly label material for garments, footwear and accessories, which is the point that matters when the finished product is exported to Europe. As a PVC patch manufacturer, we work from your artwork under one roof, from the first mould through to the packed carton, rather than adapting a stock catalogue die. Tell us the fabric or the shoe material the patch will sit against and we will confirm the build that suits it.

TWINGS INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD supplies custom labels and patches for garment and footwear branding. Our range covers soft PVC and TPR patches, heat transfer TPU labels, embossed logo and printed badges, and silicone labels and badges, so buyers can source related branding items from one supplier. We work to your own artwork and application requirements, with OEM and custom development support across material, embossed or printed effect, and how the item is attached. Send your drawings and target use, and we will recommend the construction that fits.
Yes. We mold custom patches from your artwork, so different areas of the design can be produced in different colours — a dark base with light lettering and a small accent block, for example. Colour matching is checked at sample stage, so send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch together with your drawing.
Yes. Many embossed patches combine a matt base with polished raised lettering, which separates the logo from the background and reads well in photographs. The split is set per artwork, so tell us which areas should be glossy and which should stay matt when you approve the sample.
The outline follows your artwork, so custom rubber patches can be rectangular, round, oval or a free contour drawn around the logo. The shape comes from your file, which keeps it identical from the first piece to the last. Send the outline with the logo and we will confirm how fine the edges can be.
Yes. Soft PVC is a flexible elastomer, so a PVC rubber patch follows the curve of a shoe tongue, a cap front or a sleeve instead of standing away from it. Heavier builds and deep raised detail feel stiffer, so if the placement is strongly curved, say so before the sample is made and we will confirm a profile that bends well.
Yes. Every piece is produced from your supplied artwork, so the patch on a jacket and the one on a shoe tongue can be kept visually identical across a collection. If the placements sit at very different scales, send both and we will confirm how the detail should be adjusted so each one reads clearly.
Yes. A molded patch on a cap front is a common placement, and custom patches for headwear are usually kept compact so the raised detail does not distort on the curve. Send us the cap style and the front panel dimensions and we will match the size to the placement.
