A TPU label can be built three ways, and the choice usually comes down to how much depth your brand mark needs. Flat printed builds keep the graphic level with the fabric and hold fine type, gradients and detailed artwork. Embossed builds press the logo into the surface so it stands proud of the surrounding material — the effect buyers mean when they ask for embossed patches. A combined build brings the two together, with printed colour inside a raised outline. The outline is cut from your file, so circles, shields and irregular shapes are all workable, and the same artwork can run as a thin transfer or a thicker badge. When you order custom logo labels, ask for both versions as samples and compare them on the actual fabric before deciding.

TWINGS INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD supplies custom labels and patches for garment and footwear branding. Our range covers soft PVC and TPR patches, heat transfer TPU labels, embossed logo and printed badges, and silicone labels and badges, so buyers can source related branding items from one supplier. We work to your own artwork and application requirements, with OEM and custom development support across material, embossed or printed effect, and how the item is attached. Send your drawings and target use, and we will recommend the construction that fits.
It is a TPU label with a heat-activated backing, applied with a press instead of being sewn on. Print and relief can sit on the same piece, and the outline is cut to your artwork. Because it bonds to the fabric surface it stays flat and soft, which suits stretch garments where a sewn tag would show through. They are the most adaptable of the custom printed labels we make.
Yes. We print your colour artwork first and then press a raised element into the same piece, so printed areas stay level while the logo mark stands proud of them. This is how most custom logo labels for knitwear and outerwear are built, because it keeps fine detail in the print while still giving the brand mark a physical edge.
Logos and colours are produced as per your artwork. Send a vector file for the outline plus Pantone or CMYK references for any printed areas, and we cut the tooling to the shape in that file — circles, shields and irregular outlines all work. Custom labels are matched against the sample you approve.
TPU is waterproof, washable and fade-resistant, so it holds up on garments that are laundered often. Bond strength still depends on how the transfer is applied: press time, temperature and pressure on your line matter as much as the label itself. Custom labels for clothing should therefore be tested on your own fabric before a bulk run.
Yes, both come from one artwork file. Flat transfers suit fine type, gradients and larger graphics that need to stay soft; a thicker build suits compact marks you want to feel, such as monograms and crests. A collection can mix the two — flat labels on lightweight pieces, custom patches on outerwear — without changing the logo.
Every project is checked against the approved sample: outline, colour, relief depth and the cut edge are compared side by side before the run is released. We also hold the material test documentation for the TPU we use and can share it with your compliance team. As a label manufacturer we would rather raise a mismatch before production than after it.
